At iGym, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment and apparel in original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you have the right tools to reach your fitness milestones without any hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your iGym account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any fitness accessories are included in the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print our prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
