Standard shipping for accessories takes 3-5 business days. For heavy equipment like treadmills or power racks, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days via our specialized freight partners to ensure safe handling.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, wearable items like sweatbands or compression gear cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer assembly services for home gyms?
Yes, we partner with professional technicians to offer white-glove assembly services in select regions. You can add the 'Professional Assembly' option at checkout for an additional fee.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
